HERE ARE SOME FAQ IN REGARDS TO OUR RETURN POLICY:
 

1.HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To process a return, please email: info@dearyhair.com with the reasons for your return request & your order number so that we may provide you with our return address.  All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.  Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
 
2. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
We will provide a refund period on unopened hair within (7) days of the date that you receive your hair.
Within 7-15 days, only accept exchange, while you need to charge the shipping fee.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because Deary Hair will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

4. MAY I RETURN MY DEARY HAIR WITHOUT CONTACT YOU?
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

Q:How many hair bundles can make a full head?

A: If you want to full fill one head, 3 pcs will be okay. If the hair is over 18",  4 pcs should be better.Also, if you do not have leave out, you could try to 3 Bundles With Closure or 3 Bundles With Frontal Closure , it will save your more money.

Q: Can I colour/cut/style my hair?

A: Absolutely! All Deary hair products are made from 100% human hair and can be cut, colored and styled as if it were your own. You can darken it, lighten it, lay it to the side or make it shorter, but remember: just like our own hair, your human hair requires a good maintenance routine to keep it looking fresh and vibrant.

Q:What’s the best temperature for the flat iron or curled iron?

A:We recommend 160-180 Celsius degree or 320-360 Fahrenheit degree.Even human hair can be burned if the temperature is too high without proper time control.Heat protection products will be recommended during high temperature iron.

Note: To restyle hair, use a blow dryer or curling iron on low or warm heat setting. Advise to test a one clip hair prior to coloring or restyling the full set.

First Time Order

For your security, please be aware that first-time order can only be delivered to the card holder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the card holder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately, so that we can contact you if necessary.

Q:I have bought something but seen it at a different price on your website.

A: As an online business we act much faster in adjusting our prices in response to trends, stock and demand from customers. It's our general view not to refund the difference.

Q: How long do you take to despatch an order?

A: Generally, your package will be shipped within 24 hours after order confirm except Weekends and Holiday. However, we may need to wait for 2 or 3 days for the stock at times, thus the delivery will be delayed for 2 or 3 days.

Q: Does dearyhair.com guarantee delivery time?

A: Because the post office handles your shipment, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive. We suggest you to make orders 5 working days in advance thus you will have sufficient time for shipping.

Q: Is there any hidden charges to my order?

A: Basically, the final amount you will pay is just the price of the product plus shipping(if you choose a paid shipping). Sometimes, because of the exchange rate of currency, when the payment finally cleared through the bank, the total amount will be a little different to the price of the product, but its only less than 0.5% of the total price.

Q: Is There Any Custom Duties?

A: Custom duties depends on your country custom policy,we usually put low value on the invoice to avoid the potential tax.you can also tell us the value you want to declare when you place order.


Q: What if my order delivery was delayed?

A: We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
